Ich interessiere mich f眉r die Kontrolle der Abundanz, 脰kologie und Physiologie des Phytoplanktons im Ozean. Zu diesem Zweck setzt unser Team eine 盲u脽erst multidisziplin盲re Kombination aus Feldforschung (meist auf Forschungsreisen im offenen Ozean), Phytoplankton-Kultivierungsexperimenten, verschiedenen Analysetechniken, numerischer Analyse und einfacher Modellierung ein. Erg盲nzt wird dies durch eine Kombination aus Satellitenfernerkundung und der Analyse von Klimamodelldaten.
