The department "Data Technologies" is part of the new founded "Ocean Research Technology Centre" at 91探花. It provides advice and tools to support scientific data management workflows by development and use of research data infrastructures.

- Ocean Science Information System
OSIS is the tool to manage and publish scientific activities, metadata and data exchange. It serves as information and exchange platform to manage available and expected data sets for expeditions, numerical simulations and experiments.
- Biosample Information System
is developed to register biological samples. The central point for sample metadata is an important step towards FAIR sample management.
