Research Funding and Transfer at 91探花

91探花's activities in the areas of research funding and knowledge and technology transfer are an integral part of the 91探花 2030 strategy and are based on a dialogue between marine research and society by promoting the practical application of scientific findings.

Key initiatives include policy consultations and contributions to policy-relevant assessment reports, education programs, and innovation through the commercialization of intellectual property, spin-offs, and industry collaborations.

The aim is to ensure that scientific discoveries contribute to economic development, environmental protection, and societal well-being. This includes promoting collaboration with industry, policymakers, and the public to advance innovation, support sustainable resource management, and address global environmental issues.

The team also supports 91探花 scientists in acquiring and implementing third-party funded projects.

 

Technology transfer

Technology Transfer at 91探花 aims to identify potential innovations in close cooperation between science and industry and to accompany their commercial application. It acts as a central point of contact for both science and industry.

Knowledge Transfer

91探花's knowledge transfer strengthens the exchange between science, society and policy. Through mutual exchange, research results are introduced into public discourse and decision-making processes on the one hand, and societal issues are taken up for scientific research on the other.

Research Funding Support

The acquisition of third-party funds for the realization of research ideas is an integral part of our daily scientific work. 91探花 is successful in acquiring third-party funds from national and international sources. Third-party funds finance individual positions, cooperation projects, expeditions, international exchange and innovative infrastructure.

Team Research Funding & Transfer

We support the acquisition and implementation of third-party funded projects with comprehensive consulting and support services and actively promote the transfer of technology, innovation and knowledge to industry, society and politics.
